4/11-4/15 AHS Schedule
Hello Annapolis Families,
This email applies to all students Face to Face and Virtual Learners.
Here is the calendar for next week as there are various schedules to allow for Parent/Teacher Conferences and State Standardized Testing.
4/11 Regular school day 7:50 a.m. – 2:55 p.m.
4/12 Half day a.m. for students 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Parent/Teacher Conferences 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and then again 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Conferences will be held in person at the high school. For those who are not able to make it, you may contact your child’s teacher to set up a phone conference for another date and time.
I would like to remind you that PSAT 9, PSAT 10 and the MME testing will take place on April 13th and 14th this is for all students (Face to Face and Virtual). Testing must occur in person. Free breakfast will be available for students who are testing beginning at 7:15 a.m. on both days. Please ensure your child is on time as testing will being promptly and doors will be locked at 7:50 a.m. Students arriving after 7:50 a.m. will not be permitted to attend for testing. Please review the schedule below.
4/13 PSAT 10 and SAT Testing
In person testing, all 10th and 11th grade students report to AHS to complete the testing
11TH grade testing: 7:50 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
10TH grade testing: 7:50 a.m. – 11:35 a.m.
No school for: 9TH and 12TH grade
Breakfast will be served 7:15 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. for students testing
Students must check-in by 7:45 a.m. Students will not be admitted after 7:50 a.m.
Students with accommodations letters have already been sent by Mrs. Mosher with adjusted times
Bring a bottle of water with a cap on it
4/14 PSAT 9 and WorkKeys Testing
In person testing, all 9th and 11th grade students report to AHS to complete the testing
11TH grade testing: 7:50 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
9TH grade testing: 7:50 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
No school for 10th and 12th grade
Breakfast will be served 7:15 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. for students testing
Students must check-in by 7:45 a.m. Students will not be admitted after 7:50 a.m.
Students with accommodations letters have already been sent by counselors with adjusted times
Bring a bottle of water with a cap on it
No lunches will be served on April 12-15, 2022
4/15 No School – Good Friday
As a reminder, state testing must be taken in person, there is not a virtual option for the testing. We encourage the students to get plenty of rest in preparation for the testing. Lastly, please ensure to pick your students up on time as they must exit the building after testing per the testing guidelines. Thank you in advance.
